You may choose one of the published Core or Next Level Wellness Packages for a structured 4-, 8-, or 12-visit option, or begin with a conversation when you want a more individualized cadence of care.

Your wellness plan should be as individual as you are. Together, we create a plan tailored to your ongoing needs, adjusting it as your body and goals evolve over time.
Whether you are focused on increasing energy, supporting recovery, healthy aging, or maintaining your best health, a consistent cadence of care allows us to provide the most personalized support.
Additional Support
Health Coaching
Health Coaching remains its own service with its own pricing and discovery call. It can be paired with your IV wellness plan or done independently.
Private Yoga
Private Yoga remains its own standalone service, offering personalized movement and breathwork to support your overall wellness journey.
Travel and service area
We are based in Dana Point and we come to you. Travel within 20 miles of Dana Point is included in every personalized wellness plan and single visit. Beyond 20 miles, a concierge travel fee of $75 per visit applies.
Resorts, private homes, offices, yachts and boats, retreats, private events, and concierge physician referrals are all within what we do.

Booking, payment, and cancellation terms are confirmed with you directly in writing before your first visit.
