Service Policies

Service Area: we serve the Orange County coast and travel to resorts, private homes, yachts and boats, offices, retreats, private events, and sessions arranged through concierge physicians. Requests outside our usual service area are considered case by case and travel terms are agreed in writing before the visit.

Environment: we need a clean, private, well-lit space with a comfortable chair, sofa, or bed, a reachable power outlet, room to set up safely, safe and legal parking, pets secured in another room, and an adult present.

Screening: every client completes an intake and health history, and where a Good Faith Exam is required it is performed by a licensed medical provider, not by your nurse, before any infusion is prepared.

Safety: we do not provide services to anyone who appears intoxicated or impaired in a way that makes care unsafe, and we may end a visit for behavior that is unsafe, threatening, or harassing.

Groups: retreat, private group, and event bookings run on a separate written agreement covering headcount, timing, location access, setup, and payment terms.
