Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026.
What we collect: we collect information you give us directly such as your name, email, the address where you would like to be seen, and what you write in a form or message; health and intake information you provide so care can be planned safely; payment information, which is entered into and processed by our third-party payment processor; and technical information collected automatically as you browse.
How we use it: to respond to inquiries, schedule and confirm visits, plan and deliver care safely, take payment, send appointment reminders and follow-up messages, keep required records, and improve the site.
Who we share it with: our medical director and any collaborating clinician for clinical review and clearance, service providers working on our behalf under contract, and others when you ask us to or when required by law. We do not sell your health information and we do not share your health information with advertisers.
Text messages: if you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your appointments and, where you have opted in, about our services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages about a visit you have already booked.
California rights: California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, to request a copy, to correct inaccurate information, to request deletion, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. Requests are made using the contact details below and we verify identity before acting.
Security and retention: we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and longer where law or a record retention requirement calls for it.
Children: this site is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Anyone under 18 requires the involvement and written consent of a parent or legal guardian for any service.
Changes: we may update this policy and will post revisions here.
